ExpandableVH Class

The views holder that can preset an ExpandableModel. It demonstrates the flow of data both from the view to the model and vice-versa

	CanPresentModelType	Can only preset models of type ExpandableModel (Overrides BaseVHCanPresentModelType(Type).)
	CollectViews	If instead of calling Init(GameObject, Int32, Boolean, Boolean), the initializaton is done manually, this should be called lastly as part of the initialization phase (Overrides BaseVHCollectViews.)
